Mission
The mission and purpose of The Blue Tigers is to provide local youth of all backgrounds the opportunity to develop and foster lifelong skills that can be translated across all aspects of their lives.
Values
On the field through practice and competition we promote teamwork, preparation, perseverance, dedication, and selflessness. We are highly focused on improving psychological strength and resilience, incorporating these key components into every interaction.
Culture
Our team motto, “win from within” helps capture our team culture and drive to help our youth discover their intrinsic motivation. Off the field, we focus on achieving strong academic advancements in school, exhibiting individual and team accountability and responsibility, developing communication skills and giving back to the community through service.

Sneaker Drive Fundraiser
We have partnered with gotsneakers? for a sneaker drive. Our sneaker drive fundraiser keeps sneakers out of landfills and reduces toxic chemicals from being released in our air and soil. All sneakers from our sneaker drive fundraiser program are recirculated to people who want quality, reusable footwear at affordable prices or repurposed into new surfaces such as playgrounds and tracks.
